Nova Scotia Health is seeking experienced physician assistants with a minimum of three years of experience and graduates of an accredited UK-based Physician Associate program.
As a Physician Associate in the UK, you are known as a Physician Assistant in Canada. This exciting role was introduced in 2019 through a pilot program in orthopedic surgery and has since expanded rapidly. Today, PAs are integral to four emergency sites and 20 primary care facilities across Nova Scotia. By joining us, you will play a key role in shaping the future of healthcare while delivering exceptional care in one of Canada’s most picturesque provinces.
