"My favourite part of being a pharmacist within Nova Scotia Health is connecting with patients and providing patient-centred care. Building relationships allows me to understand not only a patient’s health needs, but also their perspectives, beliefs, and concerns, so care and education can be truly meaningful. I especially enjoy supporting patients from admission to discharge and helping set them up for success when they return home."
