"My favourite part of working in a rural community is the connections created with the staff. The staff numbers are smaller in a rural area therefore you can get to know everyone better. I have a feeling of being an important member of the team here. I know I can easily reach out to any other member of the healthcare team if needed as well."
Melanie Vosman, Physiotherapist, Guysborough & Canso, NS
