    Ensure your resume is up-to-date and you meet the set of requirements listed in the job posting. Here, you will identify your ideal practice location and department in Nova Scotia.   
     
  2. Meet with a member of from our Talent Acquisition Team  
    Once you’ve submitted your application, we’ll be in touch to set up a meeting to discuss nursing opportunities here in Nova Scotia. We’re excited to learn about your areas of interest, family needs and where you’d like to live and practice.  
     
  3. Connecting with Hiring Managers 
    Hiring manager would be in touch with you to discuss their unit and available opportunities. This is a great opportunity to chat about the unit, and what your job could look like. 
     
  4. Offer letter for chosen location or clinic  
    If you are identified as the successful candidate, you will receive an offer letter. At this phase, we will also work with you to determine eligibility for any incentives and relocation reimbursements.  
     
  5. Onboarding and transition   
    You will be connected with an onboarding support team for the department you are joining. This team will ensure you are set up for success to start building an exciting and fulfilling career with us.
