This team manages revenue cycles, including billing, collections, and reimbursement processes.
They also liaise with insurance providers and government agencies to ensure compliance with reimbursement regulations and to navigate complex healthcare financing systems. Additionally, our finance teams analyze financial data to identify opportunities for cost containment and efficiency improvements while maintaining high standards of patient care.
