About the Opportunity
The Logistics & Staff Scheduler for OPOR Go Live Support is responsible for the meticulous planning, scheduling, execution, and monitoring of logistical and staff scheduling activities essential for the end user training and support during the CIS system implementation across various healthcare facilities. This role emphasizes coordination, efficiency, and effective communication to ensure that all resources, equipment, and personnel are perfectly aligned with project timelines, regulatory requirements, and organizational objectives. Here’s an overview of the adjusted responsibilities and focus for this role.
About You
We would love to hear from you if you have the following:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is required. Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Two (2) to Three (3) years of proven scheduling and software experience in fast paced environments and a high degree of complexity required
- Two (2) to Three (3) years logistics experience an asset
- Experience with working in healthcare an asset
- Strong Communication Skills highlighting working with multiple key stakeholders
- Problem-solving Skills
- Project Management Skills
- Financial analysis of transportation plans and combinations of options
- Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal skills.
- Organizational Skills, high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively
- Ability and willingness to learn new skills and tasks.
- Ability to work successfully within a high change environment with a level of ambiguity with roles and functions.
- Ability to clearly communicates the NSHA vision, mission and values.
- Drivers License or ability to provide alternative travel due to extensive provincial travel requirement
- Competencies in other languages an asset, French preferred

Compensation and Benefits
$31.39 - $39.23 Hourly
