About the Opportunity

Expression of interest for tuition sponsorship to complete a Sonography program at an accredited university/college and eligible for Sonography Canada certification exam. A list of accredited schools can be found here:

The program leaders will work with successful candidates to offer tuition sponsorship of up to $12, 642 per academic year with a defined Return of Service agreement. This educational incentive is open to students in their third or fourth year of study. After successful completion of the Sonography program and licensure, candidates will be considered for permanent full-time vacancies within the Diagnostic Imaging program at QEll, Bayers Lake Community Outpatient Centre (BLCOC) and Dartmouth General Hospital. 

 

About You

  • Accepted into an accredited Sonography program with an expected completion within two years.

Compensation and Benefits

Diagnostic Medical Sonographer:

$36.88 - $44.11 hourly 

 

Successful candidates may be eligible for our benefits package which includes health, dental, travel, long-term disability, and life insurance coverage as well as a defined benefit pension plan.
