About the Opportunity
Reporting to the Leadership within Recruitment Services, and Physician Recruitment. We are seeking a talented and experienced Marketing Manager to join our healthcare recruitment team. As the Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to attract healthcare professionals and engage with our client base. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact in the healthcare recruitment industry and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.
This position is work from home with occasional travel to healthcare facilities, office-based meetings, industry events, and job fairs across the province.
Responsibilities
People Manager:
- Lead and support a small, dynamic marketing team, providing day-to-day guidance, setting clear priorities, and ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and brand strategy.
- Foster individual growth and team development, offering regular coaching, performance feedback, and opportunities for skill-building to drive creativity, accountability, and results.
Develop, Implement and Evaluate Marketing Strategies:
- Create and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote career pathways and opportunities.
- Identify target audiences and tailor marketing campaigns to attract healthcare professionals across various disciplines.
- Develop evaluations for continuous improvement.
Content Creation and Management:
- Generate compelling and relevant content for digital and traditional channels, including social media, email campaigns, blogs, and website content using multimedia options.
- Manage and update content on the company website and intranet to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
Brand Development:
- Strengthen and maintain a strong brand presence in the healthcare recruitment industry and among healthcare professionals across all facilities
- Ensure consistency in branding across all marketing materials and communication channels.
Digital Marketing:
- Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, and social media advertising.
- Utilize Google Analytics at an advanced level to deliver performance driven results and communicate findings to stakeholders.
Event Planning, Support and Participation:
- Advertise industry events, conferences, and job fairs to enhance brand visibility and attract top talent.
- Tradeshow development and collateral development to align with the recruitment and retention strategies.
Client Engagement:
- Collaborate with the internal teams to create marketing strategies that supports client acquisition and retention efforts.
About You
We would love to hear from you if you have the following:
A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of study: Marketing, Advertising, Business, Design, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of five years relevant experience in the marketing sector
Certification in digital marketing, inbound marketing, social media advertising, graphic design, Google Analytics, or other relevant areas an asset.
Familiarity with Web OS like Drupal and HTML5.
CRM contact management experience, including developing and working in CRM.
Comfort with Adobe Creative Suite to edit and create ads and design collateral for promotional materials, knowledge of branding and brand strategy.
Proven experience in marketing within the healthcare or recruitment industry.
Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

- Long Assignment Full-time position; 75 hours biweekly

Compensation and Benefits
$46.36 - $57.95 hourly
