About the Opportunity

Reporting to the Senior Director IMIT the Solutions Architect for YourHealthNS will lead the design and implementation of technical solutions for the YourHealthNS (web and mobile) applications to support data and platform needs.

Specifics responsibilities of the role include:

About You

:

We would love to hear from you if you have the following:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a IT-related or other relevant field.
  • Strong knowledge of architecture across iOS, Android, and web platforms required
  • 8+ years’ experience in designing and delivering scalable web and mobile applications, with at least 3+ years in a Solutions Architect or similar leadership role in healthcare or regulated industries required
  • Domain experience (e.g. networks, applications, information security, management, etc.)
  • Expert knowledge of project management methodologies and frameworks
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation, particularly using tools such as GitLab CI and ArgoCD
  • Understanding of FHIR server implementations and their integration into scalable architectures
  • Experience working with monitoring, alerting, and logging frameworks for maintaining system health in production environments
  • Comfort navigating and contributing to collaborative documentation platforms like Azure DevOps Wiki and GitLab Wiki.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with internal and external clients
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Highly resourceful and adaptable with the ability to problem-solve
  • Strong attention to detail 
  • Competencies in other languages considered an asset, french preferred

  • Permanent Full-Time Position, 75 hours biweekly
  • Hybrid position

Compensation and Benefits

$43.79- $54.74 Hourly

Successful candidates may be eligible for our benefits package which includes health, dental, travel, long-term disability, and life insurance coverage as well as a defined benefit pension plan. (Permanent Long Assignments Only)
