About the Opportunity
Reporting to the Health Services Manager, the Scheduling Coordinator (Clerk E) guides the daily work to support schedule builds and management which includes time off request management for biannual and last-minute requests, ensuring contractual obligations are met regarding builds and postings, identifying needs, ensuring daily numbers are balanced, maintaining dashboards or consoles and handling for changes due to leaves and attrition. The coordinator is also responsible for time entry, corrections and investigations, updating work area specific casual lists, reporting, auditing, and ensuring communication about processes regularly.
About You
We would love to hear from you if you have the following:
- Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent
- Completion of an office administration, business program or equivalent
- Minimum of two (2) years' related experience
- Experience working with multiple collective agreements
- Experience with staffing, scheduling, recruiting, call centre and/or a data processing environment
- Ability to type 40 - 60 WPM
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, LMS, Teams, Smart Sheet, Star, Meditech and SAP
- Ability to problem solve
- Ability to provide excellent customer service
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Competencies in other languages an asset, French preferred

Hours
- Permanent, Part-time (40%) position; 28 hours bi-weekly
Compensation and Benefits
$25.19 - $28.08 hourly
