Cumberland Collaborative Clinic, offers a supportive and team-based environment for physicians practicing comprehensive, full-scope family medicine. The clinic is staffed by two other family physicians, two experienced family practice nurses, a dietician, pharmacist, social worker, and dedicated clerical and administrative support shared with primary care services across Cumberland. Physicians provide care to a diverse patient population with a broad range of clinical needs, supported by strong interdisciplinary collaboration. There are opportunities to participate in PMC 24-hour maternal-newborn call for those with the appropriate interest and qualifications. 

Job Description

Cumberland Collaborative Clinic is seeking a Family Physician to provide Locum coverage from July 2 to 17, 2026.

Locum physicians provide coverage for family practices, including inpatient and nursing home care, as well as specialist hospital and office coverage as requested. Compensation includes a minimum daily income guarantee of $1,200 for family physicians ($600 for half-day), with additional earnings if shadow billings exceed this amount. Travel expenses, including kilometrage, per diems, accommodations (up to $300 per night), and airfare (up to $1,500), are reimbursed, along with travel time up to 10 hours per week. Licensing fees for CPSNS are covered, and locum physicians may claim Facility On Call fees under specific conditions.
