Company Description
Cole Harbour Family Medicine is a collaborative, community-focused clinic located in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia. Our team currently includes seven family physicians, supported by a family practice nurse, experienced administrative staff, and two on-site general surgeons.
We operate on a patient-centered, team-based model where each patient is attached to a dedicated family doctor to ensure continuity of care. At the same time, providers work closely together to support one another and maintain seamless coverage when needed. Same-day urgent appointments, shared evening clinics, and strong interdisciplinary collaboration are core to how we deliver accessible, high-quality care.
Our clinic offers a broad scope of in-office procedures and encourages physicians to pursue additional clinical interests outside the office, including hospital work, sports medicine, long-term care, emergency medicine, and prenatal care. We foster a supportive environment with informal consults, team communication channels, and ongoing learning opportunities, making this an ideal setting for both experienced physicians and new graduates.
